Requester Name: This is the name of the person who requested the inspection.
Source: This is how the request was made.
Requester Phone: This is the phone number of the person who requested the inspection.
Confirmation Id: This field automatically populates with a confirmation number.
Requester Comment: These are comments from the person who requested the inspection.
Location Details : This field contains any details about the location or address, such as landmarks.
